Goodrich theaters are offering free spring matinees again this year. Saturday and Sunday at 10 and 11am, you can catch a movie for free. There's a great selection this year. Here's the schedule:
3/6 & 3/7 - Shorts
3/13 & 3/14 - Monsters vs. Aliens
3/20 & 3/21 - Imagine That
3/27 & 3/28 - Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs
4/3 & 4/4 - Where the Wild Things Are
4/10 & 4/11 - Paul Blart: Mall Cop
4/17 & 4/18 - Astro Boy
4/24 & 4/25 - Spy Next Door
5/1 & 5/2 - Planet 51
There's a 15 minute intermission during each movie, since these are geared towards kids, and I'm sure it's hard to keep them sitting still for a whole movie without a break. Find a theater near you. Note that the Lafayette 7 location is not participating.
