I just got an email from Staples that they are offering a free PC tune-up instore through 9/19. It looks like that includes a defrag and clean-up (whatever "clean-up" means) of the hard drive. They clean the dust and dirt from your machine, too. They'll do desktops or laptops. You can get more details over at the Staples site.
